THE LEADERSHIP MANDATE
We interrupt this regularly scheduled program to bring you this important news update; Dan Black has released his new book “The Leadership Mandate”!
Here is a quote from Dan’s new book, “Simply said, leadership is influence. You’re a leader because you already influence someone or a group of people, on some level and to some degree.” Dan doesn’t waste any time or space in his book getting to the point, gotta love that.
Dan reminds us that true leadership is about serving and living a life of greatness based on Biblical principles. It’s been my honor to get to know Dan and connect with an untold number of others through his platform. It’s also been my pleasure in my travels west to meet Dan and share our thoughts about God, our families, business, life, and of course leadership, over a cup of coffee a few times, and I’m looking forward to the next time.
Dan is one of those guys who walks the walk with honor and humility and inspires others to do the same. I’d appreciate if you’d support Dan in any way you can; this world is in desperate need of more people like my friend and brother, Dan Black. Click here to get to Dan’s site.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming…

Thanks for supporting our brother, Dan, TC. I went to the link Dan gave and hit “file” and emailed it to myself, then double clicked on it and sent it to my iPhoto. It took me like ten minutes to figure it out! Slow but sure, TC… slow but sure…

I like what Dan said, “that true leadership is about serving and living a life of greatness based on Biblical principles.”
Many of us have followers that do not consider us a leader, but they follow never the less. May we always shine for Jesus who is the one to follow for sure.

Exactly, Hazel! The amount of people we influence is beyond what we know. I know that you’ve been a leader for a long time and lead by example… Thanks for all you do and for the way you influence with love and humility…

That’s great that you guys have gotten together when you traveled. It would be fun to meet online friends in real life. You’re such a great writer, Floyd, that you even make a review sound lyrical. Great review! I’m looking forward to trying some of Dan’s questions for reflection and action points.

Haha, I hope your cogs are spinning planning a blogging reunion – well, not really a reunion, but it would feel like a reunion, wouldn’t it? So appreciate the blogging community – would be fun to all get together some day.

Dear Floyd
Thanks for this great news of Dan’s new book. I am so glad that you two are waking the road together at times for we need the fellowship so much to be encouraged. Going over to Dan’s place right now. Yes, leaders are not those who are influential, rich and so forth; leaders are people who has walked the road with Jesus for a long time and are so humble that they “wash feet” without knowing that they are serving.
Much love XX

You always have a way of defining our truths a little clearer. That is the definition and example of a true leader; the ones that care for the others lives even before their own. Thanks, Mia. And thanks for the support for our brother Dan.
